Join Us as a Volunteer for the Annual Quiet Adventures Symposium!

The signup for QAS 2026 Volunteers is now available at the SIGNUP site.

Check out the many options for volunteering on Feb 27 (setup) and Feb 28 (day of the event). We need passionate local volunteers like you to make this community event a success! Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or just love supporting a great cause, there’s a volunteer role for everyone.  Contact Pat Harrington at volunteer@quietadventures.org if you have questions.
 

Why Volunteer?

Whether you're an outdoor adventurer or simply want to support a great cause, there’s a volunteer role for you. Plus, volunteering comes with some great perks:
  • Be Part of Something Bigger – Play a vital role in uniting outdoor enthusiasts who share a passion for protecting and exploring our natural spaces.
  • Make Connections – Meet like-minded individuals who share your passion for nature and outdoor recreation.
  • Earn free event admission – Enjoy the fun at the Symposium.
Right now, we could still use Volunteers on the Planning Committee. We meet once a month for now and then every two weeks as the event arises. Planning Committee members may volunteer for specific tasks and responsibilities, according to skills and time availability. Love to work on Social Media? Great at Logistics and Organization? Been working with QAS for years and want a leadership role to shape to Symposium?  We need you all.  Please send an email to us at info@quietadventures.org and we will get back to you quickly.

Location: Michigan Farm Bureau Pavilion, 4301 Farm Lane, East Lansing, MI 48824

Parking: Free parking is available in Lot 63, with clear event signage from Farm Lane.
